Refund Policy

Thank you for being a part of the Null Space family. We stand behind the quality of our modular DIY shed kits. Due to the nature of these kits are large, heavy, and can be damaged if not handled properly, we have a clear returns policy to ensure your experience is fair and hassle-free.

Return Eligibility:

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • You contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return.

  • The product is still in its original, unopened packaging.

  • The shed kit has not been used, assembled, or tempered with in any way.

Important: Once the packaging has been opened or the product wrap is removed, the item cannot be returned or refunded due to the risk of damage during return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened or unwrapped kits

  • Assembled, used, or modified products

  • Custom-made kits, unless damaged or defective upon arrival

Custom Orders:

All custom or made-to-order shed kits are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

If your custom kit is delivered with an issue that affects its use or structural integrity, we will send free replacement modules of damaged parts, including shipping.

Defective or Damaged Products:

If your shed kit arrives with damage or a defect, here’s what to do:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos

  3. If the damage qualifies, we’ll send you free replacement modules of the damaged parts, including shipping

Please note: While we take great care in packaging and shipping, minor cosmetic imperfections—such as light surface scratches, small dents, or paint blemishes—may occasionally occur. These do not affect the shed’s performance, safety, or durability and are not considered defects under our policy. To be eligible for replacement, a defect must impact the product’s functionality or structural integrity. However, our customer support team is committed to helping and will offer the best possible solutions, even if the issue does not qualify for a return or replacement.

Return Process:

To return an eligible product:

  1. Contact our support team at support@nullspaceforu.com within 7 days of delivery

  2. If approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping instructions

Note: Returns sent without a RAN will not be accepted.

 

Return Shipping & Restocking Fee:

  • Customer are responsible for the return shipping and associated fees. (unless the product is defective)

  • A 15% of restocking fee will be applied

  • Items must be returned in the original packaging to prevent damage in transit

Refund Timeline:

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We’ll notify you of the approval of your refund

  • Approved refunds will be issued within 10–15 business days to your original payment method
