Follow the build

Nine stages of assembly.

Follow each stage in order.
Tap any picture to enlarge.

01

Build the base

Perimeter rails first. Floor supports next. Leave the four corner openings clear.

Check Level, square and secured to the approved foundation.

Installer notes

The video shows six joists. Use the delivered kit's approved member and anchor schedule; the older manual shows a different base.

Anchor type, support positions and tightening values still need factory confirmation.

02

Add walls + corners

Add wall and door modules with the corner pieces. Each corner reaches the ground beside the recessed frame ends.

Check Inside faces inward. Modules supported. Door swings outward.

Installer notes

Match your order's layout and mating edge profiles. Keep modules supported to the approved bracing plan.

The video shows all four corners at this stage. The actual closing-post method and connection order need the current factory drawing.

03

Lay the floor

The video uses 5 × 48-inch planks with staggered joints, running along the long side.

Check Correct substrate and floor system before laying the finish.

Installer notes

This stage follows the video. Confirm the delivered kit's structural deck, moisture control and approved flooring sequence before installation.

Use the flooring manufacturer's requirements for preparation, fixing and perimeter clearance; protect the finish during later work.

04

Close the glazed bays

Add the framed glass modules: three along the long side, one beside the door in this configuration.

Check Correct bays. Seated connections. Undamaged glazing.

Installer notes

The video moves complete framed modules into place. It does not demonstrate fitting loose glass.

If glazing ships separately, use the approved setting-block, gasket and retaining details. Finish exterior joints with the specified color-matched sealant.

05

Fit three parapets

One long parapet and two short parapets. Keep the rear drainage edge open.

Check Three raised sides. No fourth rear parapet.

Installer notes

Support each parapet while its connections are incomplete. Use the current corner, top-member and coping details.

The open rear edge still needs the specified fascia, gutter and weatherproofing; open does not mean unsealed.

06

Add four roof trusses

Four trusses span the studio's short dimension to support the three roof panels.

Shown above their seating positions for clarity.

Check Every bearing and connection inspected before roof panels.

Installer notes

The count matches the current design. Truss sections, positions and attachment hardware remain subject to the released factory drawing.

Use the approved lifting, temporary-support and elevated-access plan. Do not treat the studio roof as a working platform.

07

Set three roof panels

Seat the three panels on the trusses. The roof falls toward the rear; the interior ceiling stays flat.

Check Roof joints sealed. Drainage clear. Water test passed.

Installer notes

Use the approved roof-panel fixings, flashings, roof-to-gutter seal and downpipe supports. Exact fall and connection details still need confirmation.

Color-matched wall-joint silicone is not automatically the correct roof sealant. Check the approved products, preparation and cure time before the water test.

08

Add solar, if selected

Optional

Four slim solar panels form the video's 2 × 2 array. Solar is optional.

Check Approved mounts, roof seals and electrical installation.

Installer notes

The illustration is a roof layout, not a mounting or wiring specification. Follow the approved package and equipment manuals.

Solar ratings, mounting loads, wiring and any battery installation must be confirmed for the selected package.

09

Inspect before use

Complete the ceiling, services and final inspections before using the studio.

Check Door, window, weather seals and electrical tests signed off.

Installer notes

The video omits ceiling fitting, utility connections, roof sealing and commissioning. Complete these using the released instructions before use.

Keep power isolated during assembly. Only the qualified electrician should energize it for controlled testing. Retain inspection records and concealed-connection photos.

When you need the details

Site planning, parts and installation notes.

Before you start Site, handling & safety
  • Use the released kit drawings, packing list and approved foundation plan.
  • Check for damaged or missing parts. Confirm lifting equipment, crew, temporary bracing and safe elevated access.
  • Keep power isolated during assembly. Electrical work and controlled testing belong to a qualified electrician.
  • Do not use the studio roof as a working platform without an approved load and access procedure.
Parts checklist Counts & order-specific items

The video layout has 4 solid wall modules, 4 glass modules, 1 door and 1 window. Your order may differ. This is a planning checklist; unconfirmed quantities are marked.

Delivery & relocation Plan access before arrival

Confirm unloading access, a prepared site, assembly scope, utility work and any remote-delivery charge with Null Space.

Moving the studio requires a separate dismantling and transport plan. Ask which seals and fasteners need replacement; do not simply reverse the animation.
